Starters<\/strong>
\nVasa Skagen (mixed shrimps in mayonnaise and dill) with toast, bleak roe and lemon<\/p>\n

Cold cured salmon with mustard sauce, deep-fried dill, capers and dark bread cro\u00fbtons<\/p>\n

Entrec\u00f4te cured in Porter with almond potato chips, truffle mayonnaise,
\nParmesan and mach\u00e9 salad<\/p>\n

Main courses
\n<\/strong>Red wine braised ox cheek with mushrooms, smoked belly pork and onions. Potato puree<\/p>\n

Poached back of cod with hand pealed shrimps, grated horseradish, browned butter,
\nlemon and dill potatoes<\/p>\n

Chicken from Kn\u00e4red served with seasonal primeurs, buttered chicken broth and tarragon<\/p>\n

Veal patty (Wallenbergare) with green peas, sweetened lingon berries, browned butter
\nand potato puree<\/p>\n

Desserts
\n<\/strong>Brownie with roasted almonds, dulce de leche and blueberry sorbet<\/p>\n

Carrot crunch with sea buckthorn sorbet and meringue<\/p>\n

We only serve one menu per party and cater for cost food restrictions upon request. Minimum 15 people for the above menus and we like the choice of menu two weeks ahead, latest. Cancellation not later than 1 week ahead.<\/p>\n

The price of the menu above includes bread, butter, ice water and coffee\/tea.
\nIf you want salad for the menu, we charge 20 SEK p.p. For mineral water; 38 SEK.
\nIn case of cancellation, this must be done no later than one week before lunch.<\/p>\n

We can also reserve tables for you and you order food and beverages from our self service line.<\/p>\n
