(Skagenröra) Mixed shrimps, dill, mayonnaise, lemon served with bleak from Kalix, (Gummröra) Mixed pickled herring from Norröna with apples and egg. (Öjebyröra) Mixed crayfish, Västerbottens cheese, cumin, dill and mayonnaise. Cold smoked salmon from Bexanders smokehouse with horseradish cream. Västerbottens cheese with cloudberry jam.

(Sikaforsröra) Mixed smoked reindeer steak with horseradish, chives and crème fraiche, Smoked lamb with goat cheese cream and spring leafs. Västerbottens cheese with cloudberry jam.
Polenta cake with cress and goat cheese cream, Sea weed caviar with sour cream and pickled red onion, Puff pastry with Swedish pesto and feta cheese, Vasa’s vegetarian stir (carrot, apple, celery, mayonnaise, dill and chili).
In all above mentioned prices, Bread, Butter, Herb Cream Cheese and Tapenade is included.
In addition selected Swedish Organic farmer Cheese from Buffet; 128 SEK per person.
For groups of less than 50 guests, an additional fee is charged; 4 800 SEK.

The amount of guests must be confirmed not later than 1 month before the arrangement.
